Rotary Fill Seal Machinery

How Rotary Fill Seal machine works;

  1. Pouch Feeding: Pre-made pouches or bags are typically loaded into a magazine or hopper at the beginning of the machine. These pouches are often flat and open at the top.

  2. Product Filling: The product to be packaged is stored in a product hopper above the machine. A feeding mechanism, such as a set of augers, belts, or vibratory feeders, dispenses the product into individual filling stations.

  3. Filling Stations: The machine consists of multiple filling stations arranged in a circular or rotary fashion. Each filling station corresponds to one pouch. The product is dispensed into the pouches at these stations.

  4. Sealing Stations: After filling, the pouches move to sealing stations. Depending on the type of packaging and the machine’s design, sealing can involve heat sealing, ultrasonic sealing, or other sealing methods. The top of the pouch is sealed to create a secure closure.
