An Overview of XFIL-G
For filling thin liquids with consistent viscosity, XFIL-G is perfect. The volumetric time gravity filling method yields precise and repeatable fill volumes. Heavy duty 304 stainless steel, tig-welded tube frame and reservoir are used to make XFIL-G. Additionally, it has touch screen HMI panel and PLC controls that are user-friendly. This filler uses an automatic product level detecting float system for efficient filling and can support up to 16 heads. For even greater adaptability and customization, there are numerous additional features and choices. The food and beverage, cleaning and specialty chemical, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and personal care industries all use gravity liquid filling machines for a variety of filling tasks.
